Keep your piece(s) away from water, soaps, and chemicals, including washing the dishes or your hands. Avoid high heat to keep your jewelry from discoloring. To keep your jewelry looking brand new, make sure to store your piece in the bag with tarnish cloth that it was sent in. Do not wear your jewelry to sleep to avoid damage from excessive movement or friction.

How will I know how to send my inclusion?

How should I send my inclusion?
Please double bag all inclusions. If you are sending milk, double bag it in milk bags as a ziploc bag can leak fluids. Clearly write your name on the inclusion bag. The safest way to ship is in a bubble mailer. Sending it throug the USPS should cost around $3.50-4 (you are responsible for this charge). Make sure your name and return address are clearly marked on the mailer as well.
How much of my inclusion do I need to send?
We only need 1oz of milk per piece ordered. i.e. if you ordered 2 pieces, we need 2oz of milk.
For powdered substances (ash, formula, etc), we need 1 tsp of powder. (Any leftover ash will be sent back with keepsake)
For placenta, 3 capsules are needed. Placenta must already be dried before sending it.
How will I know my inclusion made it to you?
We will send you an email once your inclusion has been received and again when it has been shipped with tracking information.
What is the current turnaround time?
The current turnaround time is 2-4 weeks from the time your inclusion is received until it is shipped back to you.

Do you ship outside of the USA?
Yes! We will ship worldwide. Please check with your postal service regarding their regulations of shipping inclusions to a different country.

A Little Tidbit About Handmade Jewelry
Each piece is individually and uniquely crafted. Because of this, no two pieces will be the exact same or be replicated. The amount of the inclusion, color, and texture can all play a role in creating differences. Due to the fact these pieces are handmade, it is not uncommon to have slight imperfections including, but not limited to, small air bubbles or slight texture. We unfortunately cannot give a refund/return due to each piece being made custom with personal inclusions.
If there is an issue with your piece(s), please email us within 7 days of receiving your order at email@example.com. Please make sure to send pictures and a detailed description of the problem. We will determine the best course of action for your particular problem. We want you to be happy with your jewelry and we 100% stand for great ethics and craftsmanship and aim to exceed your expectations.
